THE COMMISSIONER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:●Claiming rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.●Sharing/Reposting the artwork any place they see fit, with proper credit.
Printing the artwork for personal use only.The following is considered copyright infringement:●Reproducing/using copyrighted artwork commercially without my knowledge.
●Claiming the artwork as your own.
●Removing my signature from the artwork.
●Changing the artwork without my consent.If the client breaks any of the rules mentioned above, the use of the drawing is at my discretion.PAYMENT●At the moment, I only accept payment via PayPal.●I will send an invoice and only accept USD as payment●Payments are 100% before I start working on your commission.REFUND AND CANCELING●I don't do refunds if I started working on your commission.●After 3 days of unpaid invoice, your slot will be forfeited if another person pays in due time.DELIVERY TIME●First sketch between 3 - 4 days.
●Lineart and final between 1 - 2 weeks, all depends on the type of commission and the time that the client takes to replay.COMMISSION’S INFO●Provide numerous useful references. I can guide you if needed, just state it.●All commissions come with a simple background (flat color or simple pattern). Detailed background is charged extra.●In the case where you have any size, resolution and/or color mode requirements, please inform me as soon as possible.
If I already created the file and worked on it, I might not be able to change it.●Description of the wanted commission is required, the more details the better ! You can also try to sketch your idea in paint : I’ll take everything !If you would like to give me artistic freedom, let me know!REVISIONSCommission revisions are the next :● Chibis: 2 revisions during sketch & colour stage.Additional revisions after the steps stated previously will be charged extra of base price, depending on complexity.In the case where artistic freedom is given, I will work based on my judgment. However, if the client requests a scrapping of the scene in its majority or entirety, they'll be charged again.Any mistakes from my end will be fixed FOR FREE.Thank you so much for reading my TOS, it’ll be a pleasure to work with you🥺🫶🏻💕*

PRECIOS

El personaje extra y el fondo solo aplica para chibis de cuerpo completo.
A las cabecitas chibis le puedes agregar sin costo adicional algún elemento extra como flores, sombrero, etc.

PRECIO PRODUCTOS ACRÍLICOS PERSONALIZADOS

Si mi proveedor me manda una copia extra del producto, este se agregará GRATIS a tu pedido.

Si el cliente falta a una de estas reglas, el dibujo automáticamente pasa a mi disposición de hacer lo que este estime conveniente. Además el cliente quedará bloqueado y no le volveré a prestar servicios y/o ventas.●Usar la comisión con fin lucrativo
●Decir que el dibujo fue realizado por el cliente
●Remover la firma
●Modificar el dibujo por un tercero

LO QUE SÍ DIBUJO Y LO QUE NO DIBUJO
Al momento de comisionarme porfavor ten en cuenta mi estilo y lo que normalmente dibujo. De todas maneras si no sabes si lo que quieres pedir entra dentro de las cosas que dibujo no dudes en enviarme un mensaje por intagram @kaeru_031 ^^
